I’ve been working with Mia + Hayden for the past 5 years..in that time I’ve had the privilege of working with them numerous times for couple shoots, having them model for my workshops and content days - I photographed their wedding and was with them the day they found out they were pregnant with baby girl. Mia captured our own birth announcement, gender reveal, maternity and birth photos for our little guy - I so love how our lives and families have intertwined over the years.
Being able to capture these moments for them is so precious, and absolutely special for me. Baby girl will be here in just a few short weeks, and I cannot wait to capture the moment they meet her for the first time 🤍

Andrea + I worked together about a decade ago when I worked in adolescent mental health. Years later, I was lucky enough to have Andrea + Chris as one of my couples with their gorgeous rose gold wedding.
Andrea + Chris planned their babymoon in Maui when I was there, so we were able to do their maternity session on the beach at sunset…which was absolutely GORGEOUS!!
I am so dang happy for these two + know they will make incredible parents - I can’t wait to see them in this next adventure.

I have the most fun with my couples - running around fields in the sunshine, capturing love stories..it’s the best ever. I love finding the little things between a couple..the way they hold hands, how they fall into one another..the things that make each other laugh + how they look at one another. These are the the little nuances that help tell your story - and I’ll find it, every time.

springtime flower fields is definitely one of my favorites - it’s colorful, romantic + just a little magical come sunset! spring here in Oregon is something special. we definitely have to wait for it through all the clouds + the rain, but my goodness - for sessions like this, I’ll take every last day of it!
I’ve been lucky enough to be telling pieces of these two’s love story for the last couple years. they are super playful, so sweet + you can tell are completely each other’s best friend. they’ve been together forever + we always end up laughing til we cry, every time. seriously such a blast!! plus they are absolutely the cutest together, right?!
these life-long couples are what I love so much - getting to truly know my clients, document + tell their story again + again is the greatest privilege. these are the moments they’ll have to look back on - the “way back whens”..these are the photos that remind us of what we are fighting for, every day.

spring mommy and me wildflower field session
One of the greatest gifts in this life is being a mom.
The overwhelming love, joy and gratitude that I was chosen to be their mom...it stops me in my tracks sometimes. While these are of my dear sweet friend and her babies, it gives me all the feels about mine. The challenges, the hard days, long and tough days…every single moment is 10000% worth it. Being a mom teaches you things about yourself - it brings out the best of us and reveals our weaknesses. But I know, without a doubt, that I am a better person, stronger, more full of love and grace, because of my littles.
These moments are so precious and I love capturing the little hands on the flowers, the way they cling to mom and how they sink into her…these are all the little details that us moms remember way past those fleeting moments. It’s what we cling to. Time will slip through our fingers..but these last forever.

cozy playful nashville in home couple session
This session was one of my all time favorites! Not only is the couple absolutely BEAUTIFUL + so so joyful together, but it stretched me as a photographer. I have done in-home sessions plenty of times before, but never with zero natural light. Trying to figure out how to do my normal active playful things within the confines of a home challenged me - but I had the most fun + as you can see, it was 1000% worth it!! Not to mention, Adley brought her adorable little piglets she’s fostering so of course, we had to include them in a few shots! We were in the middle of a thunderstorm, flood and tornado warnings but we had to get at least a few shots up on the roof anyway! The view is unreal, and although clouded, still pretty spectacular!
Blake + Adley absolutely light each other up and it was so special to be in the presence of such an obvious love. How they adore each other melts my heart…you can see it in these pictures just how truly happy + crazy in love they are!
